Payment Data

Application Data

If you use our application, we may collect:

  • Mobile Device Access — We may request access to camera and storage features on your device.

To opt out of AI processing, you can log in to your account settings and update your preferences, or contact us directly.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your existing social media account details (such as Facebook or X). If you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from your social media provider, including your name, email address, and profile picture.

We recommend reviewing the privacy notice of any social media provider you use to understand how they handle your information.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g., backup archives), we will securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Account Information

You may review or change the information in your account or terminate your account at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting us. Upon termination, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud or comply with legal requirements.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

California law requires us to inform you that we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

We have not sold or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sell or share personal information in the future.
